The Simonsig Kaapse Vonkel Satin Nectar sparkles in the glass in a light lemon yellow and immediately impresses with its fine perlage. The aroma of peaches and apricots rises to the nose and is accompanied by floral tones. On the palate, the fruity peach and apple notes are accompanied by a hint of honey. The long-lasting acidity and balanced character make this sparkling wine an unforgettable taste experience. The cuvée of Chardonnay (66%), Pinot Noir (33%) and Pinot Meunier (1%) was left to mature on the lees for fifteen months after the second fermentation in the bottle.
