The Simonsig Tiara represents the pinnacle of a Simonsig vintage. Wonderful aromas of red and dark fruits pamper the senses of red wine lovers, with notes of blackberries and dark cherries particularly present. Sweet spicy nuances and silky tannins caress the palate and the fruity aromas are in beautiful harmony with the excellently balanced acidity. Enjoy this cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon (73%), Merlot (21%), Cabernet Franc (4%) and Malbec (2%) on its own. The red wine, which has matured in oak for 20 months, is also an excellent accompaniment to dark meat or spicy dishes.
