The Spier Cap Classique Prestige Cuvée shimmers light gold in the glass and immediately impresses with its elegant and fine perlage. The winery's new sparkling wine creation is only available in a limited edition of 3478 bottles and impresses with its sophistication. Only the finest grapes from Stellenbosch were used for the cuvée of Chardonnay (55%) and Pinot Noir (45%). They give the Spier Cap Classique Prestige Cuvée a fruity aroma of apples and citrus fruits, while a hint of freshly baked brioche provides great accents. The fine perlage, which caresses the palate, is responsible for the wonderful mouthfeel - this elegant sparkling wine is therefore the perfect companion to enjoy a special moment. The Spier Cap Classique Prestige Cuvée is also an excellent choice to accompany fish, seafood or delicious starters.
