Spier The Yellowwood Organic Rosé pours into the glass in a vibrant pink and delights the nose with its fresh aromas of raspberries and strawberries. Light nuances of candy floss and lemon blossom add the finishing touches. The cuvée of Shiraz (58%), Merlot (34%) and Malbec (8%) is just as complex on the palate. Spier The Yellowwood Organic Rosé scores particularly well here with its great strawberry note. A hint of vanilla and a fresh acidity make the taste experience perfect. However, the rosé, whose grapes come from organic cultivation, is not just a highlight for the palate on its own.
