More information about Tokara Director's Reserve White 2021
The Tokara Director's Reserve White flows into the glass in a light straw yellow. The grapes used for the cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc (68%) and Sémillon (32%) come from Tokara's highest vineyards and deliver a complex white wine that delights on the nose with aromas of passion fruit, grapefruit and blackcurrants, surrounded by freshly toasted brioche. The wonderful interplay of aromas is also reflected on the palate. Rich and incredibly well-structured, the Tokara Director's Reserve White will linger in the memory for a long time. Whether with seafood in a creamy sauce, fish or simply on its own - the Tokara Director's Reserve White, which has matured for nine months in French oak, is always a treat for the palate.
