The Tokara Limited Release Chenin Blanc shimmers a light gold in the glass. The grapes used for this multi-faceted white wine come from a single vineyard on the slopes of the Simonsberg and produce a limited edition wine, of which only 2023 bottles were made. Wonderful aromas of quince and dried apricots pamper the nose and palate. The Tokara Limited Release Chenin Blanc is both beautifully smooth and fresh, making it a delight on its own. Fish and seafood are also a delicious combination with this white wine, which has matured for eight months in French oak and twelve months in the bottle. Or serve the Tokara Limited Release Chenin Blanc with Asian-style poultry and a fruity chutney.
