Tokara Limited Release Pinotage 2021 - Red wine

The grapes used for the Tokara Limited Release Pinotage come from a single vineyard on the slopes of the Simonsberg Mountains and produce a complex red wine that shimmers a dark red in the glass. Fruity aromas of ripe plums and black cherries are accentuated by violets and spices. Nuances of vanilla, dark chocolate and oak are added on the palate. The tannins give the Tokara Limited Release Pinotage, which has matured for 22 months in French oak, a pleasant mouthfeel. The red wine, of which only 2674 bottles were produced, is therefore simply a pleasure on its own. Grilled meat or savory dishes are also a good choice with the Tokara Limited Release Pinotage.
