Only fresh, untreated lemons and olives from our own groves are gently cold-pressed for our naturally fruity lemon oil. We deliberately avoid adding flavorings during the production process. The result is a delicately tangy taste that enhances salads, antipasti, vegetables or grilled fish dishes.
