WARLICH RUM EIERLIKÖR is an egg liqueur refined with WARLICH RUM and a hint of vanilla. The egg liqueur is traditionally made in Hamburg from the yolks of seven organic eggs.
Particularly creamy eggnog in combination with WARLICH RUM WARLICH RUM was created in memory of the Hamburg tattoo legend Christian Warlich (1891?1964), who is known as the "King of Tattooists". He ran a pub at Clemens-Schultz-Str. 44 in St. Pauli for over four decades. Not only did he create tens of thousands of tattoos there, he also served rum in his grog pub.
The sale of WARLICH RUM supports research into the history of tattooing: For every bottle sold, €1 goes to the non-profit Institut für deutsche Tattoo-Geschichte e.V. (IDTG)

As part of his exhibition on Christian Wahrlich, the legendary "king of tattoo artists" and grog pub owner, Dr. Ole Wittmann developed WARLICH RUM, which was sold in the museum store of the Museum of Hamburg History. Quickly many other stores in Hamburg wanted to offer this rum and now it is enjoyed far beyond the borders of the city.
