Sparkling Verjus contains no residual alcohol. The grapes for our Verjus are harvested green by our partner, a top Austrian winery, placed on ice and gently processed.
The result is a high-quality sparkling wine alternative that is completely alcohol-free, vegan, additive-free, without added sugar, without sulphites and low in histamine (suitable for allergy sufferers).
